Mary Sale

 

Mary Stewart Sale, MFA is a writer and a weaver, fourth-generation Montanan, and a passionate organizer for the arts. She presently serves as President of the non-profit Sandpiper Fine Arts Corporation. She has taught weaving at the Hockaday Art Museum in Kalispell (through Flathead Valley Community College), the Red Poppy Center for the Arts in Ronan, and Salish Kootenai College. She was most recently published in the May 2009 issue of Piecework magazine, an historic needlework journal. Her artwork is on exhibit at the Sandpiper Art Gallery and Phee's Naturals on Main Street in Polson, Montana.
